However, it takes a full-blown hunger degree to finish an entire pizza by yourself. But, if you are in a mood for a little bite, you can make this mini edition of pizza as a snack. You might wonder why to put in all the initiatives to make pizza when all you want is simply couple of bites. Don’t worry, you should not get or make pizza foundation, just use your regular bread for that crispy and airy pizza foundation.
Bread pizza might sound a tad unappetising but believe us, it is not. Plus, if you bake it in your stove, you’ll get a light, crunchy and cozy base with a simple yet tasty cheesy topping. This small paneer bread pizza bite is so simple to make that you’ll never go back to producing your usual pakoda, samosa or even cutlets.
Paneer Bread Pizzas Bite Snack Recipe:
(Makes four Pizza Bites)
4 Bread slices
100-150 gms paneer (1-1/2 glass), crumbled
1 onion, chopped
Half cup cheese to grate
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Oregano to taste
Red chilli flakes to taste
Half tbsp butter
Step 1 – Mix paneer, onions, tomatoes, capsicum plus mix well. Add salt, dark pepper, oregano, chilli flakes, plus mix well. Keep it aside.
Step 2 – Take a small circular bowl (katori) and place it inverted on a bread slice. Press this while rotating it to cut the particular bread in a round shape. Be sure you don’t break the outer band of the breads left from the bread.
Step 3 – Now, distribute the round pizza base along with pizza sauce or a mix of tomato sauce and butter. Place the external ring atop the round breads slice, covering its edges. Minimize excess bread from the ring whether it’s not fitting and secure the particular ends with some butter. Also, coating the top of the entire ring along with butter.
Step 4 – Fill up the hollow space inside the band with paneer mixture. Grate several mozzarella cheese over the mixture. Make sure the cheese won’t spill out on the edges and stay inside the well whilst baking (if you want it to appear pretty).
Step 5 – Cook the pizza in oven or even microwave or pan – nevertheless, you make your regular pizza – till the bread crust turns brown and crispy.
