Sprouted lobia- half mug

Pineapple- half cup (small chunks)

Dahi/Curd- 500 grams

Honey- in order to taste

Roasted jeera powder- 1.five teaspoon

Roasted red chilli powder- one teaspoon

Black salt- as per taste

Chaat masala- 1 teaspoon (optional)

Coriander leaves- 1-2 teaspoons (freshly chopped)


Step 1. Take the dahi in a combining bowl.

Step 2. Add the particular roasted masalas, black salt, chaat masala and honey to it and mix well. Make sure the mix is soft and no lump is formed.

Step 3. Add the particular sprouted lobia and mix. You can also boil the sprouted lobia before mixing with all the curd.

Step 4. Relax the raita bowl in fridge for at least 30 minutes in order to let the lobia soak.

Step five. Now take out the perfectly chilled bowl of raita, add the sliced pineapple chunks and mix.

Step 6. Garnish with freshly sliced coriander leaves and sprinkle several jeera powder and black salt on the top.
