The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2020 continues to be postponed for the third time nowadays and this time the revised times are not yet announced. The Range of National Law Universities (NLUs) — in a recent notice — has extended the application submission procedure till July 1 and the modified dates will be announced thereafter offering a 21 days’ notice prior to the exam.
CLAT was first introduced to be held upon May 10 which was then later on May 24. Then again postponed to be kept on Jun 21 and now it will be held after July 1. Those who have not really yet applied can do so in the official website consortiumofnlus.ac.within.
Candidates will have to solve 150 questions within two hours. To pass the test, applicants need to score 40 per cent signifies, for the reserved category the minimal marks are 35 per cent.
The exam is an entrance entrance for admission to graduate plus postgraduate courses in law. Various other undergraduate level law exams range from the All India Law Entrance Check (AILET), Pearson VUE conducts LSAT India, The University of Oil and Energy Studies (UPES) Dehradun, conducts ULSAT, Banaras Hindu University or college (BHU) UET.
